Terms & Conditions

• We have a no smoking policy at Braeside cottage.



• No pets.



• Booking can be made online, by telephone or by letter followed by £100 deposit. The balance should be paid four weeks before arrival or by arrangement.



• The accommodation will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.

Cancellations

• Bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival will be charged in full. If the cottage can be re-let a full refund of the balance will be made.
